Alison Krauss has been a country music star for more than 30 years. She was born in the city of Decatur on 23rd July 1971. She and LeAnnekymes were among the youngest Grammy Award winners. Alison Maria Krauss - born on July 23, 1971, is an American country and bluegrass singer. Her career began in the music industry at the age of a young child, and when she was just 10 years young. In 1987, she dropped her solo debut album after signing with Rounder Records. The year 1989 saw her asked to join Alison Krauss & Union Station who she is a part of.
